Real estate became his passion when Janaka Perera, the owner, purchased his first multifamily property 25 years ago. Since then, he started buying, improving, managing, and selling real properties. Janaka graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a M.Sc. in IT, and a Business Management degree in B.Sc. in Business/MIS.

As the principal broker of Perch Properties, A Realtor®, and a real estate investor, builder, property manager and a finance/accounting professional. With his expertise in IT. He is a computer geek (aka tech savvy realtor). His professional hands on, experience and in-depth knowledge of San Fernando, and San Gabriel Vally’s, Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena allow him to deliver nothing short of the best to his clients. His real estate experience includes single and multifamily homes, commercial buildings and any type of remodeling job that is needed.
